Kozák Ákos PhD
Managing DirectorManaging Director of Egyensúly Gazdaságkutató és Tanácsadó (EGKT), and co-founder of the Equilibrium Institute. Co-chair of the National Association of Entrepreneurs and Employers (VOSZ).
For nearly thirty years, he previously served as Director of the GfK Hungária Market Research Institute. Between 2008 and 2012, he was President of the Hungarian Marketing Association. He taught in higher education for 25 years, serving as Associate Professor at the Budapest Business University and as a research fellow at the Cyber Economy Research Centre. He is the author and co-author of numerous higher-education market research course materials. In 2008, he received the Klauzál Gábor Award. His fields of expertise are futures studies and consumer studies, and he obtained his PhD in the sociology of consumption.

László Kenyeres
Deputy DirectorDeputy Director of Egyensúly Gazdaságkutató és Tanácsadó (EGKT).
He was previously a scholarship holder and later a social statistician at the Hungarian Central Statistical Office (KSH), where he researched the income and expenditure structure of households. Later, he gained experience in the financial and energy sectors as a programme manager and leader in the field of company-wide, customer-centric transformations. In recent times, he has worked on the methodological and technological development of various research instruments and satisfaction surveys. His focus area is the creation of multi-source integrated databases that support data-driven decision-making.

Flóra Nádasdi
Project CoordinatorProject Coordinator at Egyensúly Gazdaságkutató és Tanácsadó (EGKT).
She previously completed a master's degree in marketing at Corvinus University of Budapest, where she oriented herself towards the fields of consumer behaviour and marketing research. She then experienced the Hungarian IT business sphere as a sales assistant. She is currently involved in the preparation and coordination of EGKT's business projects, providing particular support for the projects' administrative processes and monitoring their implementation. An important part of her work is also her contribution to data collection and data analysis tasks.

Czelleng Ádám PhD
Partner, Economic ConsultantHe has more than a decade of professional experience in the fields of financial, macroeconomic and strategic analysis.
He previously worked in investment banking and then at GKI Economic Research as a research director economist, where he was primarily responsible for financial, banking and economic modelling projects. In the course of his work, he led research and consulting projects for domestic and international financial institutions, companies and public institutions, and took part in the development of various macroeconomic models. He currently works on macroeconomic modelling as EGKT's consultant economist, serving corporate and public-sector decision-makers. In addition, as a university associate professor he teaches at all levels of higher education, including doctoral programmes, and his research focus is model-based forecasting and the economic application of data analysis.
